Wedding Pic-nic

Chi l'ha detto che per organizzare un matrimonio si deve per forza investire un capitale?

Oggi sempre più coppie vedono il matrimonio come una festa, un'occasione per passare una giornata importante circondati dagli amici più cari ma senza sovrastrutture e inutili formalità.

E sempre più coppie scelgono l'opzione Pic-nic...

Un matrimonio informale, una festa nei prati, un'occasione per passare qualche ora in libertà... senza spendere una fortuna!

E' importante trovare la location giusta, un agriturismo (che di solito ha un bello spazio all'aperto da allestire ma anche tavoli, sedie tutto quanto occorre per renderlo comodo e confortevole) ma anche un parco o un giardino da poter personalizzare con un po' di gusto e tanta fantasia.

Se possibile è bene prevedere dei tavoli per mangiare più comodi, ottimi quelli in legno con le panche, dal gusto semplice e campagnolo. 

Qualche tenda o ombrellone per proteggersi dal sole nelle ore più calde e magari qualche amaca tra gli alberi per consentire un momento di riposo durante la lunga giornata. 

Poi, ovviamente, tovaglie e cuscini a ricreare piccoli, suggestivi angoli relax sui prati.

Tra i rami sistemeremo festoni di carta, lanterne e luci colorate che quando scenderà la sera renderanno l'atmosfera magica...

Quello che dobbiamo fare è "arredare" la campagna, rendere suggestivo e accogliente un prato o un giardino.

Il catering deve rispecchiare la semplicità dell'evento e deve avere il sapore genuino della campagna quindi via libera a sandwich e toast, alle degustazioni di formaggi tipici del luogo accompagnati a crostoni di pane e marmellate biologiche. 

Non può mancare la frutta fresca, soprattutto i frutti di bosco utilizzati anche per decorare dolcetti e mini cup-cakes, meglio se fatti in casa come torte e crostate. 

Da bere vino della zona e spremute ghiacciate, limonate fresche e cocktail di frutta.

I fiori sono di campo, posizionati in vasetti e contenitori diversi, a mazzetti apparentemente disordinati che diano proprio l'idea della semplicità.

Se decidiamo per un Pic-nic di nozze i nostri inviti, le decorazioni e le bomboniere non potranno allontanarsi dal sapore della nostra festa.

Per i numeri dei tavoli trovo incantevole l'idea dei vasetti di fiori o delle etichette sulle bottiglie di vino.

It 's important to find the right location, a farm (which usually has a nice open space but also gives us the opportunity to set up tables, chairs, everything you need to make it easy and comfortable) but also a park or a garden that you can customize with a little 'taste and a lot of imagination.

It's better to have tables so to eat more comfortably, good the ones with wood benches, of a simple and rustic taste.
A few tents or umbrellas to protect the guests from the sun during the hottest hours and maybe some hammock between the trees to allow people to rest during the long day.
Then, of course, tablecloths and pillows to create small, picturesque corners to relax on the lawns.
You will settle in the branches festooned with paper lanterns and colored lights so to make a magical atmosphere when the night comes...
What we need to do is to "decorate" the countryside, to make a charming and friendly place out of a lawn or garden.

The catering must reflect the simplicity of the event and must have a genuine taste of the countryside and then wellcome to toast sandwich, tasting of typical local cheeses accompanied with toasted bread and organic jams.

Can not miss the fresh fruit, especially berries used to decorate cakes and mini cup-cakes, preferably home-made cakes and pies.

To drink: the local wine and frozen juices, fresh lemonade and fruit cocktails.

The flowers of the field, placed in jars and various containers, apparently disordered in bunches that give just the idea of simplicity.
